Confidentiality & Voicemail/Text Messages
If you leave a voicemail or send a text, please know that I treat all client communications with strict confidentiality.
However, text messages are not encrypted, so they should only be used for brief scheduling-related messages rather than sensitive information. Voicemails are checked regularly, and I will return calls as soon as possible.

Session Availability
My therapy and mediation sessions are available during the following hours:
Monday: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sessions are held online, offering flexibility to fit around your schedule.

How to Book a Session
You can book a session directly through Calendly https://www.calendly.com/puradesatherapy, which allows you to select an available time that works best for you. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation and a link for your Google Meet session.

Urgent Support & Crisis Help
Please note that my therapy services are not designed for crisis intervention. If you need urgent mental health support, please reach out to one of the following:
• Your GP – If you are struggling and need immediate help, contact your GP to discuss crisis support options.
• Samaritans – Available 24/7, offering confidential support for anyone in distress. Call 116 123 for free or visit www.samaritans.org.
• NHS 111 – For urgent mental health support, you can call 111 to speak with trained advisors and access local crisis services.
• Emergency Services – If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to the nearest A&E.
