Confidentiality & Communication for Carer Therapy Clients

If you’re a carer reaching out for therapy and counselling, please know that all communication is handled with strict confidentiality.

Voicemails are checked regularly, and I aim to return calls as soon as possible. Text messages are not encrypted, so they’re best used for brief, practical matters like scheduling — not for sharing sensitive or emotional information.

Your privacy matters in every part of your therapy journey, including how we communicate.

How to Book a Session

You can book your session through Calendly, choosing a time that works for your schedule. I offer online therapy for carers, and once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation and a secure Google Meet link for your session.

If you’re a working carer looking for emotional support, or you have questions about how I help with carer stress and carer burnout, feel free to get in touch — I’d love to hear from you.
