Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're already carrying so much. This process is designed to be simple, supportive, and centred around what works best for you as a carer. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or just need space to explore your options, I’m here to help you take the next step with clarity, care, and emotional support that fits your needs.

Therapy Session Cost and Flexible Options for Carers
Each 50-minute online therapy session costs £40.
I also offer a limited number of concessionary-rate slots for carers who may need financial flexibility. If this feels relevant for you, you're welcome to reach out to Puradesa Therapy to discuss options at contact@puradesatherapy.com, no pressure, just a conversation.

Secure Online Payment for Carer Therapy Sessions
Payments for online therapy sessions are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted platform that protects your privacy with full encryption.
When you book your carer therapy session, you’ll receive a secure link to pay online. The process is simple and safe, and you’ll get an email confirmation once your payment is complete.

How Online Therapy Sessions for Carers Work
Sessions take place online via a platform called whereby.com, offering flexibility, privacy, and ease of access from your own space. This setup makes it easier for carers to attend therapy without travel or disruption.
Just click on one link, and our session starts, so you can focus on support, not tech.
What we might explore in a session:
Sessions are a space to talk through what you’re carrying and make sense of the pressures caring can bring. Many carers arrive feeling stretched in several directions, often without much time to reflect on their own experience.
Together we might explore things like:
• the emotional strain that builds when caring responsibilities increase
• feelings of guilt, frustration, or exhaustion that are difficult to speak about elsewhere
• changing relationships within families
• the pressure of balancing work, family life and caring
• ways to find steadier ways of coping when things feel overwhelming.
There is no fixed agenda. Sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable for you and focus on what feels most important to talk about.
