How it works
Our services are designed to be accessible and flexible to meet the demands of your busy life as a carer. We understand that things can sometimes be overwhelming, so offering online therapy allows you to access the support you need without having to leave the person you're caring for or worry about travel logistics. The same flexibility applies to group family therapy sessions, which can be particularly beneficial online. This format provides a comfortable space for family members to join from different locations, fostering connection and communication in a way that fits around everyone's schedule.

2
GROUP FAMILY SUPPORT
-
Mediation sessions are held online using Google Meet, telephone based sessions are not suitable for mediation.
-
With family members able to join from the same or different locations, the mediator acts as a neutral third party, guiding a structured discussion and helping each person express their needs and concerns whilst encouraging open dialogue to find common ground and resolve the conflict.
-
Costs vary, dependent on the complexity of issue, starting from £80 per hour. Usually resolution happens over a series of sessions.
